As a friendly reminder, we would like to take this opportunity to explain that users remain responsible for the bike until their trip has successfully closed.
If you have finished your trip and docked your bike but your trip has not ended this may mean your bike has experienced a docking error.
If you see the following message "WRONGDOCKED" the bike has been docked incorrectly. You should wait until the beeping stops and after a few seconds the bike will unlock, you can then withdraw the bike from the dock and try again. If the error persists, you should remove it and try a different dock.
Please contact customer service with a picture of the full bike in dock and the docking screen if you experience an error when closing a trip. Do not leave the dock without ensuring the bike is firmly locked in place or you will be responsible for any charges that will occur.
