I’ve had an accident! What do I need to do?

Please let us know about the accident as soon as possible by emailing support@rideonleicester.com and letting us know the details or by telephoning Customer Service on 0116 4786812.  You'll need to send us a police or medical report and detailed explanation of what happened. We'll review your case to find the best solution. 

Remember to report the accident to Santander Cycles Leicester within 48 hours of the accident happening. Late notice may result in rejection of your refund request.
