Yes, you are completely insured while using the e-bike but remember that your belongings aren’t, so be careful when you place your personal objects into the basket and your device in the mobile holder. If you have an accident or your e-bike is stolen whilst on a trip you must inform us straight away at support@rideonleicester.com or 0116 4786812 - you will need to provide a police and medical report plus a detailed explanation of the incident.
