Are the e-bikes available 24/7?

We want you to have the freedom to use the e-bikes whenever you want, so the e-bikes are available all day, every day, 365 days a year.  

In an extreme case of poor weather, it is possible that the scheme may need to close temporarily for safety reasons but this will be advised to users in advance.
